Payment Adjustments in the Web App

Good news! ✌

We extended the timeframe for earning adjustments via the Web App! Now you will be able to request them after 48 hours the session and until the 5th of next month, in case you don't get to it immediately. Please, make sure to verify your earnings regularly.

Please, remember that ONLY when it is NOT possible to request the adjustment through the Web App, a spreadsheet is available. You should send it to payment.us@gostudent.org by the 5th of the following month if:

- You were not able to submit the request via the Web App, or

- There are adjustments to be made from the previous month, or

- You have sessions that are not on the Web App.
