Our Support Bot Felix is now available directly in the WebApp.🙌🏼
👉🏼How it works:
If you have any question or are facing a problem you no longer need to go to WhatsApp and ask for support there. You can do so right in the WebApp and we will help you the same way we are doing via WhatsApp.
❓Can I still use WhatsApp?
Sure! This is just an additional feature which will allow you to reach out to us right in the WebApp, but if you prefer contacting us via WhatsApp - you can do so. Nothing changed there!
🤔Is it the same Felix I knew from WhatsApp?
Yes! This is the same Felix you know from WhatsApp. He is just as helpful and knows the same information as in WhatsApp!
